Job description

Our client is a fast-growing contractor that has experienced 40% growth this year, with a strong pipeline to continue this momentum into next year.

The business is on a clear upward trajectory and is now looking to bring in an Assistant or Project Quantity Surveyor, depending on experience, to support its continued expansion.

The role will focus on managing a high volume of smaller projects, typically valued between GBP200k and GBP300k, within the Fire Protection, Construction & Refurbishment, Electrical, Drainage & Environmental Services sectors.

Day-to-day duties include preparing valuations, managing variations, overseeing remedials, and scheduling rates.

Initially, you will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor for 2-3 months, gaining full oversight of the processes and systems. Subsequently, you will manage your own frameworks, working closely with a Project Manager and support team.
