Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

You will be responsible for:

Assisting in the preparation and management of tender documentsSupporting project managers in cost control and reportingHelping to mitigate commercial risksProviding assistance in negotiations with clients and subcontractorsContributing to the development of project budgets

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degreeExperience working on residential projectsExperience within a PQS or consultancy settingKnowledge of pre and post-contract processes
