Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in managing financial and contractual aspects of multiple live projects. You'll play a key role in cost control, procurement, and commercial reporting, ensuring profitability and compliance across all stages of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial aspects of allocated projects
• Assist with valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts
• Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting
• Report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and assist where necessary.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2+ years experience in Quantity Surveying within groundworks, RC frame, or infrastructure sectors
• Background working with either main or subcontractors
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-driven and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
