5. Building strong working relationships with operatives and clients

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need:

1. Commercial experience within construction or civil engineering
2. Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
3. Ideally worked with or alongside Tier 1 main contractors
4. Based within a commutable distance of East or Central London
5. Full UK working rights
