Foster & May Limited in Oxford seeks an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to use standard templates and cost data to support cost management and monthly reporting. You will work across commercial, education and residential projects as part of a PQS consultancy.

Qualifications

• A Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS accredited.
• Experience in a PQS/consultancy environment.
• Driving license + car.
• Good pre- and post-contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Record cost data using the correct systems and templates.
• Help complete cost management reports and assist with monthly financial reporting.

An established construction consultancy is seeking a young and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Oxford office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The Successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be expected to use the correct systems and templates to record cost data, help complete cost management reports and helping with monthly financial reporting.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects across multiple sectors, such as, commercial, education and residential.
