Job summary

Foster & May, a fast-growing PQS consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their Leicester office. You will manage budgets, cost planning and prepare bills of quantities across leisure, residential and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will have a QS degree (or RICS), MRICS ideal, 3+ years PQS consultancy experience, and a valid driving license. In return, you’ll enjoy a £40,000–£50,000 salary, flexible working, pension, and opportunities to progress to senior

• Liaising with partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

A fast-growing PQS Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Leicester.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in projects from inception to completion carrying out duties such as; budgeting, cost planning, preparing bills of quantities, liaising with partners to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in budget.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of project sectors including, leisure, residential and healthcare.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
• MRICS (Ideally but not essential)
• PQS consultancy experience minimum 3 years
• Car and driver's license
• Pre and post contract experience
• Relevant project experience
