Job summary

Nottingham PQS Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team. You will work with Directors and a QS team on multiple projects across landscaping, commercial, mixed use, private residential, and education sectors.

You will produce cost reports, valuations and help manage contractual risks, while pursuing APC training and progressing toward Senior QS with a clear career pathway.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• APC focused.
• PQS consultancy experience.
• Car and driver's license.
• At least 2 years' experience working in a PQS consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Directors and QS team on multiple projects across sectors.
• Produce cost reports and valuations.
• Help manage contractual risks.

A respectable PQS Consultancy in Nottingham are expanding and are looking to add a determined Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Directors and a QS team on multiple projects across a variety of sectors including landscaping, commercial, mixed use, private residential, and education.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of tasks to help their team such as producing cost reports, valuations and helping to manage contractual risks.
