Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for an Assistant Surveyor to join our Living Space team in the East Midlands area. As this role involves working alongside one of our new social housing partners, we are ideally looking for someone with experience in this or the reactive maintenance sector.

We are looking for a candidate with a good work ethic, capable of working under a Project Surveyor and within a team of Surveyors of varying experience levels.
Ideally, you will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or exposure to this field.
