Construction Salary: Up to £45,000 plus benefits

The Company

Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual within the Derby (and surrounding) area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor who has been delivering a lasting impact for clients.

• Current turnover of £75 million, with a strong order book ahead
• Specialising in Build/Refurbishment within the Industrial and Multiroom sector
• Project values between £5 - £30 million

What We Want From You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Reside within a commutable distance from Derby
• Construction-related degree
