Key Responsibilities

1. On-time full value monthly valuations
2. Maintain regular communication with the client commercial team regarding commercial matters
3. Subcontract administration
4. Monitor and report on contract KPI performance
5. Monitor and report stock levels and utilization trends
6. Contract performance and earned value forecasting
7. Produce monthly applications and invoices, manage cash collection
8. Attend site meetings
9. Work closely with site teams in Runcorn and surrounding areas

Key Requirements

1. Knowledge of SIPS style contracts
2. Experience with pricing SIP works
3. Valid UK driving license

Key Relationships

1. Administrator (Direct report)
2. Project Controls Manager (Reports to)
3. Client commercial team
