Candidate Profile

• Some experience within social housing new builds is preferred.
• Experience with contracts ranging from £4 million to around £19 million.
• Experience across various sectors including housing, residential, commercial, and industrial new builds.

Requirements

1. Relevant professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar (BSc level or equivalent), or working towards it.
2. Construction industry-related experience.
