A leading property services provider is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to manage construction projects in the North West. The role involves financial management, contract oversight, and collaboration with senior staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing and relevant qualifications. Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based the North West (Knowsley or Ellesmere Port). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum depending on experience Plus Company Car/Allowance Plus Excellent Benefits!

Previous experience on social housing planned and responsive contracts along with experience and knowledge of NHF Schedule of Work. Be confident with IT skills. Hold the relevant Qualification. Must be flexible in hours of work and travel. Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
