With a strong pipeline and a fast-paced delivery model, they re now looking to appoint a confident and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Commercial Manager to support their growing commercial team.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with full commercial management across multiple new build care home developments
• Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation
• Leading subcontract procurement and contract negotiations
• Monitoring valuations, variations, and cost reporting to ensure commercial control
• Supporting senior commercial managers with CVRs, forecasting and final accounts
• Liaising with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track

What We re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Assistant role
• Background in new build construction care, residential or similar sectors
• HNC, Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Sharp attention to detail and a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
