The Ambleside Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering warmly hospitable service. You will help lead the team, manage day-to-day operations and create a home-from-home atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and guest experience.
• Lead a team to maintain company standards and a welcoming environment.
• Oversee shift operations, stocktakes, and ordering.
• Engage with Chefs, Management and Suppliers to ensure smooth service.
• Be available for occasional sleepovers and guest responses as needed.
