The Ambleside Inn, part of Inn Collection Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences while delivering commercial success. You will work with the Operations Manager and senior managers to steer budgeting, cost control and people development in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Role requires calm leadership under pressure, strong P&L understanding, and hands‑on management to uphold high standards across the inn and its services.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality management or general management is required.
• Ability to lead a multi‑disciplinary team and manage senior staff.
• Budgeting, cost control and P&L awareness with financial accountability.
• Customer‑obsessed approach with a focus on guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial success.
• Plan, budget and control costs in line with agreed budgets.
• Build and nurture the team, driving growth and development.
• Respond to guest needs, occasionally staying on‑site to ensure seamless service.
