You’ll Fit Right Inn As General Manager, you’ll bring your enthusiasm and expertise in food and hospitality to lead the team and ensure every guest

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and control costs to meet company budgets.
• Lead senior team including assistant managers, head chef, and head housekeeper.
• Drive guest satisfaction and exceptional service across busy periods.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a collaborative culture.
• Respond to guest needs during night shifts and stay on-site when required.
