The Inn Collection Group is seeking a General Manager for The Ambleside Inn in Ambleside. You will lead a team across operations, food and hospitality, ensuring guests receive exceptional care while driving the business forward.

You will manage budgeting, costs and labour planning, stay calm under pressure, and foster a growth-focused, inclusive culture. Night-time guest needs and on-site presence are expected when required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the senior team (assistant managers, head chef, head housekeeper) to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee planning, budgeting and cost control in line with budgets and business objectives.
• Manage P&L considerations and labour planning to drive commercial success.
• Respond to guest needs during the night and occasionally stay on site to ensure seamless operations.
