Job summary

The Inn Collection Group’s Seaton Lane Inn in the North East invites an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering warm hospitality and smooth operations, creating a home-from-home experience for guests. You will lead a busy team, oversee daily duties, coordinate with Chefs and suppliers, manage stocktake and ordering, accounts, and respond to guest queries, including occasional sleepovers.

Hands-on, approachable leadership is essential.
