You will play a pivotal supporting role to a Senior Property Manager, helping to deliver first-class management across four London residential developments. You will be a trusted point of contact for residents, contractors and stakeholders, coordinating smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring actions are followed through.
This is a hybrid role, providing flexibility to manage your workload remotely while supporting the Senior Property Manager with the effective management of the portfolio. You’ll be required to carry out site visits in London once a month and attend quarterly office meetings, balancing site-based responsibilities with focused home working to ensure the developments are well-managed, safe and running efficiently.
Most days you will manage inboxes and resident requests, progress maintenance actions with contractors, and keep compliance, H&S and finance-related records up to date. You will prepare reports, minutes and communications, and support the planning and follow-up of site inspections, meetings and remedial works. You’ll work closely with your Senior Property Manager to prioritise tasks, spot risks early and keep stakeholders informed.
