Job summary

Home Group is seeking an Assistant Property Data Analyst in Newcastle upon Tyne. Hybrid role, temporary 12 months, with two days in the Newcastle office and the rest from home. You’ll support the Asset data team with data administration and create property records.

You’ll organise data, provide timely tasks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery. Great benefits accompany the role.

• Experience with data and data entry.
• Administrative or project role experience with data processes.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet targets.
• Experience with Open Housing and Microsoft Office.

You have

• Experience in working with data and data entry.
• You will have worked in a relevant administrative or project role, with a basic understanding of underlying business processes and data organisation.
• Excellent prioritising skills to organise your workload and achieve target within agreed timescales and have can demonstrate collaborative working with internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with Open Housing and MS office (Word, Excel)

• Temporary (12 months contract). Hybrid working with 2 days based in our Newcastle office and the rest from home.
