Job summary

TSA Surveying are looking for a Technical Data Analyst with experience in building surveying, housing asset data or property compliance. The role blends data analysis, QA and technical support, focusing on validating stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and RdSAP data.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building surveying, housing asset management, property compliance or technical data analysis.
  • Knowledge of stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and/or RdSAP.
  • Good to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Confident communicating with surveyors and technical teams.
  • Organised, methodical and able to work independently.

TSA Surveying are looking for a Technical Data Analyst with experience in building surveying, housing asset data or property compliance.

The role combines data analysis, quality assurance and technical support, with a focus on validating stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and RdSAP data. You will work closely with field surveyors to identify and resolve data issues and ensure information is accurate and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and RdSAP data.
