Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and strong verbal/written communication.
• Experience applying project management principles to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Organisational experience in a fast-paced environment, coordinating teams and tasks.
• Experience in a construction/contracting environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of sub-projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
• Support budget creation and monitor expenses against guidelines.
• Implement quality standards and measure performance against criteria.
• Prepare regular progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and seek improvements.
