Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Rackheath office in Norwich. This role involves coordinating repair and restoration projects, supporting the Project Management team, and ensuring schedules, materials, and information are available when needed.

You will coordinate trades and appointments, monitor progress, and keep customers informed about developments, while maintaining thorough project records in a busy, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with delivery of insurance repair and restoration projects.
• Coordinate trades, contractors, appointments and works schedules.
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects and update customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Assist with ordering and coordinating materials as required.
• Update internal systems with project information and progress.
