Essex Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Contracts Manager for Insurance Repair Works to oversee domestic and commercial insured repairs. You will scope and estimate works, manage contracts and supervise surveying to completion, and submit interim and final accounts while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing client and quality focused, profitable insurance repairs.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with knowledge of trades and relevant costs.
• Experience managing multiple trades and sites with strong time management.
• Good communication skills are essential for the role.

Responsabilités

• Accurately surveying repairs to domestic & commercial properties for insured perils.
• Scoping the required works onto electronic systems and/or producing competitive tenders with written specifications.
• Preparing tender enquiries, analysing returns and placing supply/subcontractor orders.
• Ensuring Health & Safety on site and compiling CPPs.
• Liaison with client representatives and attendance at site meetings.
• Understand, implement and maintain client SLAs.
• Ensuring projects are completed on budget and to schedule.
• Carrying out site audits and ensuring on-site quality.
• Deal with variations and on-site problems.
• Final accounts processing and handover to accounts for invoicing.
