Job summary

Job Advert in Hertford is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Projects team. You will manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, coordinating clients, internal teams and suppliers to hit deadlines and budget.

This office-based role is Monday to Friday, with a salary of £30,000–£35,000 and 21 days' holiday (increasing to 25). Some international travel across the UK and Europe may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Projects.
• Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience managing project budgets, costs and resources.
• Comfortable identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and keep projects moving.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using project management systems and tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, costs, stock and other resources.
• Monitor project progress and ensure key deadlines are achieved.
• Identify, manage and elevate project risks and issues.
• Take appropriate action to keep projects on track.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information across internal systems.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, Technical and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
