Job summary

Clancy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Alliance, a collaboration with Anglian Water and Kier. You will work alongside a Project Manager, helping plan, deliver and report on projects, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and guiding process improvements.

The role emphasizes coordinating activities, delivering accurate updates, and keeping everyone informed from planning through delivery. A driving licence and SAP familiarity are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to identify problems and find better ways of working.
• Review how services are delivered and suggest improvements for customers and operational teams.
• Support the review of process documents, guidance and communications.
• Help plan and coordinate training with the Training and Development team.
• Prepare project updates and performance reports.
• Track project risks, issues and actions, helping to keep work on schedule.
• Arrange meetings and maintain project records.
• Support the preparation of business cases, including costs and expected benefits.
• Lead small improvement projects from planning through to delivery.
• Keep colleagues and stakeholders informed throughout projects.
• Create and manage project plans to ensure successful delivery.
