You will work closely with the Production Manager to lead the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure on-time completion of orders. This role is ~80% hands-on production and 20% leadership.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Production Manager to support our client with their embroidery and print operations. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure orders are completed on time.

This role is approximately 80% hands-on production work and 20% team leadership and support.
