Job summary

MKONSITE in Letchworth is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support embroidery and print operations. You will work closely with the Production Manager to lead the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure on-time completion of orders. This role is ~80% hands-on production and 20% leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager and cover duties when required.
• Work across embroidery and print production.
• Supervise and support production team members.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Help achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues.
• Support equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality procedures are followed.
