Job summary

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a Production Operative for a role in Letchworth. The position is full-time with training provided, offering a reliable, hands-on working environment.

You will join a busy team, operate basic equipment, assemble and check products, and perform quality checks while following health and safety procedures. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, £14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Letchworth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.
