Job summary

Leigh Academies Trust is seeking an Assistant Principal – Inclusion at Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo to join the primary leadership team. The role includes a teaching element and a strong focus on inclusion and raising standards, working with pupils, staff and external partners.

You will lead the Inclusion strategy, support curriculum development, and contribute to trust-wide improvement while modelling excellent classroom practice within a thriving primary setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a primary setting.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership and raising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the Inclusion strategy to ensure outstanding opportunities for all pupils.
• Model exceptional classroom practice while teaching within the primary phase.
• Collaborate with the Principal and senior leadership to drive improvements across the academy.
• Engage with staff, parents and external stakeholders to support trust-wide goals.
