Job summary

Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo, part of Leigh Academies Trust, is seeking an Assistant Principal - Inclusion to join its leadership team in the Primary Phase. The role includes teaching responsibilities and a focus on an outstanding Inclusion strategy to ensure every pupil has access to excellent opportunities.

You will work closely with the Principal and wider leadership to raise standards, foster a positive, caring culture, and collaborate across the Trust to share best practice and drive

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strategic leadership, exceptional management and raising standards within a primary setting.
• Inspiring leader who fosters a positive, nurturing culture where every child can thrive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for working with the Principal, staff, parents and external stakeholders.
• Teaching element expected alongside strategic leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inclusion strategy to ensure outstanding educational opportunities for all pupils.
• Provide strategic leadership within the Primary Phase as part of Leigh Academies Trust.
• Model exceptional classroom practice and support pupils through their primary education journey.
