Job summary

Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo is seeking an Assistant Principal - Inclusion to join the primary leadership team. The role includes a teaching element and a focus on driving inclusive practice across the early years and key stage one.

You will lead on the Inclusion strategy, collaborate with the wider Trust, staff, parents and external partners to ensure outstanding opportunities for every pupil.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strategic leadership in a primary setting.
• Experience raising standards and leading inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inclusion strategy across the primary phase.
• Model excellent teaching practice and support pupils’ learning journey.
• Work with Principal and Trust to drive curriculum and student outcomes.
