Ormiston Academies Trust seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Principal to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead across the academy. You will work with the Principal to drive improvement in attendance, behaviour, and inclusion, shaping outcomes for pupils.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community, and a passion for achieving positive change for young people.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership within a school.
• Strong commitment to attendance and inclusion.
• Ability to motivate staff and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership across the academy and work with the Principal and SLT.
• Drive attendance, behaviour and inclusion, and oversee SEND strategies.
• Support the continued development and improvement of the academy to raise outcomes.
