Assistant Performance and Operations Manager in Children's Emergency Department - Bristol Royal Hospital for Children
This role has been established within Paediatric Services at the Children's Hospital to work closely with the Performance & Operations Manager, General Manager and Clinicians. The post-holder will manage operational activities, performance, data analysis and staff within Children's Emergency Department at UHBW NHS Trust.
The post-holder will oversee the performance of the Children's Emergency Department, completing data analysis reports where required. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of challenging performance targets through validation and effective communication and liaison with Consultant, medical, nursing and administrative staff across the BRHC on a day to day basis.
The post holder will line manage the Reception Team Supervisor providing training and support for the team, including the management of annual leave, sickness, appraisals and ensuring sufficient cover is provided.
