Assistant Payroll Manager

Location: Lincoln

Salary: A£28,000 - A£30,000 per annum

The role of the Assistant Payroll Manager

• Support the Payroll Manager in the completion of payroll, ensuring effective and accurate delivery of bi-weekly and monthly payroll, including reporting
• Support with all payroll regulations e.g., Tax/HMRC
• Assist in year-end processes; ensure all year-end processes are complete e.g., holiday, tax
• Support in the administration of the pension scheme
• Assist in managing payroll systems and resolving payroll discrepancies efficiently
• Serve as the payroll team lead and ensure smooth operations during the Manager's absence
