Qualifications

  • Good GCSEs including Maths and English.

  • EPR training and admin experience beneficial.

  • Team-oriented with knowledge of NHS performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support Patient Pathway Administrators with ERS referrals, clinic bookings and processing correspondence.
  • Liaise with patients and other healthcare workers to ensure smooth patient pathways.
