The role supports daily operations, supervises a team of 10 across sales, driving and warehouse activities, and focuses on building customer relationships to improve margins and service levels.

The position requires current automotive parts sector experience, strong supervision and tele-sales background, and a drive to perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Recent or current experience within the automotive vehicle parts sector.
• Previous supervisory, management, trade parts or automotive telesales experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and commercial skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch.
• Help oversee a team of 10 employees across sales, driving and warehouse operations.
• Build strong customer relationships to win sales, improve margins and deliver excellent service.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Complete customer callbacks promptly and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with all branch departments to meet customer requirements.
• Develop product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.
• Use business data to identify opportunities across customer groups and product categories.
• Contribute to achieving branch targets and maintaining high operational standards.

Location Weston-super- Mare, England Sector Automotive Salary Competitive starting salary based on experience, with a strong KPI focused monthly bonus.

We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Parts Centre Manager to join our busy Weston-super-Mare branch. As a leading independent automotive parts retailer with close to 40 centres across the UK, we offer an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a successful and growing business.
