De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking an Assistant Nights Manager to support the Night Manager and lead the nights team. You will ensure the hotel runs smoothly during the night, safeguarding guests and upholding service standards.

The role involves night audits, coordinating with events and operations, and stepping up in the Night Manager's absence. Flexible to work 10:30pm–7am, five nights weekly including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working nights in a hotel, ideally at supervisor level or similar.
• Confident in supporting and guiding colleagues and taking on more responsibility.
• Enjoy talking to people and delivering high standards of service, with confidence to resolve guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations during the night shift.
• Oversee night audit, handovers, and night-time housekeeping scheduling.
• Monitor health and safety checks and security procedures during the night.
• Address guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.
