De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to support the Night Manager and ensure the hotel runs smoothly during the night shift. You will supervise the Nights team, assist with walk rounds, security checks and the night audit, and respond quickly to guest needs.

You will work 10.30pm–7am, five nights a week on a rota including weekends, with opportunities for progression within De Vere's hospitality team and access to comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Experience working Nights within a Hotel, ideally at Supervisor level or in a similar role.
• Confident in guiding colleagues and taking on more responsibility.
• Good conversation skills and ability to resolve guest issues.
• Understanding of Health & Safety, security and hotel procedures at night.
• Organised, calm under pressure and able to support with night audits and handovers.

Responsabilidades

• Regular walk rounds and support with the night audit.
• Oversee housekeeping night schedules and other tasks to standard.
• Oversee security and health & safety checks during the night.
• Deal confidently with guest requests or issues that arise at night.
• Collaborate with Events and operations teams on late-night activities.
• Support Nights colleagues and step up in the absence of the Night Manager.
