De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a dedicated Meetings & Events Manager to lead the ME Service team and ensure flawless event delivery. You will manage the operations for weddings and special events, and support recruitment, training, and coordination with other F&B outlets.

The role involves weekends on a rota and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to create memorable occasions.

Formación

• Experience in events management or supervisory roles in hospitality.
• Ability to oversee weddings and banqueting events.
• Strong communication, organisation and drive.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Meetings & Events Service team and ensure details are covered for client requirements.
• Oversee operational service delivery for weddings and special events at the venue.
• Support rota planning, recruitment and departmental training; assist other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
