About the role…
You will manage administrative functions to ensure the efficient delivery of specific projects. This includes handling all event enquiries from start to finish, providing excellent customer service, converting enquiries into contracted business, managing payments, and liaising with clients to plan and finalize event details. You will also issue function sheets to the operational team and provide leadership, motivation, and support to your team of event coordinators.
About you…
You should have previous sales experience in a large hotel or conference venue and familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, DEPHI, and Opera.
