About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the store manager in daily operations, ensuring the store's commercial success.
  2. Lead, motivate, and coach the in-store team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Manage stock control, store procedures, team scheduling, security, and sales performance tracking.
  4. Operate the store effectively in the absence of the store manager.
  5. Maintain a strong retail floor presence to influence sales and team performance.
  6. Receive thorough training on Pandora products to become a product expert and support team development.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player who embodies Pandora's core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering. Experience with a leading brand or consumer product retailing is preferred. Suitable for senior supervisors or current assistant managers seeking a new challenge.
