Job summary

Metro Pubs in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its busy pub team. You will support the General Manager, lead by example, and ensure customers have a great experience from opening to close.

You’ll bring leadership and superb communication skills, help train staff, uphold brand standards and safety, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering memorable service across our community-focused venues.

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.

• Salary for Advertising: £32,000 - £36,000 + Bonus
