Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Kings Arms in Sandford-On-Thames. You will help run a busy pub, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer experiences while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

Bring strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. The role includes staff development, training, and contributing to a welcoming, safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Job Description

As Assistant Manager, you’llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.
