Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Red Lion Grantchester to help oversee daily operations and lead the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will model excellent service, support the General Manager, and drive brand standards across staff and customers.

The role focuses on creating a welcoming, safe, and high-quality pub atmosphere, with opportunities for development within Greene King’s network of brands and pubs.
