Zizzi Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on busy shifts, collaborate with the General Manager, and drive guest experience.

You will coach front-of-house teams, uphold brand standards, monitor KPIs, and help grow the business while delivering high-quality hospitality.

• Take full ownership of the restaurant's "curb appeal", keeping standards and safety spot on.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be "better than yesterday".

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards.
