Job summary

Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Manager in London to drive smooth service in a high-volume setting. You will step up to lead the floor in the GM's absence, manage shifts, and keep the team inspired while upholding food and service standards.

You'll be a hands-on leader with a strong drive to progress, supporting guest experiences and contributing to store growth. This role offers development pathways and a competitive package.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards.
