Job summary

Zizzi in Dorchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive restaurant performance, lead floor operations, and inspire teams during busy periods.

You will partner with the General Manager to balance dine-in service, maintain high food and service standards, and develop your leadership path toward a future General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Coaching teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Strong ability to maintain brand standards and drive KPIs.

• Live and breathe the customer journey, coaching your front of house team to deliver standout hospitality every day.

• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be better than yesterday.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards.
