Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts on the floor alongside the General Manager, driving service standards and guest satisfaction in a bustling restaurant environment.

You will coach front-of-house teams, monitor performance and KPIs, and uphold the brand's hospitality standards while supporting career development and operational excellence.

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Assistant Manager starting from £31800 per annum plus tronc and benefits

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine‑in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards.
