Zizzi Restaurants in Dorchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, support the General Manager, and uphold our brand standards in a busy, high-volume dining room. You'll manage floor operations and guest experiences, stepping in for GM when needed.

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards. What you'll be doing

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Live and breathe the customer journey, coaching your front of house team to deliver standout, "feel-good" hospitality every day.
• Support team development by giving constructive feedback, building confidence, and keeping team spirit high.
• Take full ownership of the restaurant's "curb appeal", keeping standards and safety spot on.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be "better than yesterday".
